Structured & Supported Workforce Development

Peer Supports Academy and Peer Recovery Supports of Idaho have teamed up with several recovery community centers across the state of Idaho to provide an internship opportunity to newly trained Peer Recovery Support Specialists/Recovery Coaches.  This internship provides an opportunity to apply what you have learned in training and work with clients who have requested recovery support services. 

Interns work in a supported environment along side seasoned Recovery Coaches to develop their skills within the Scope of Practice as outlined by state and federal guidelines.    Supervision, mileage reimbursement and a cell phone allowance are available to Recovery Coaches accepted into the internship program.  Please contact us to learn more!
